What we can’t help with
We don’t develop the apps we write about. If an app is crashing, won’t log in, or has charged you incorrectly, the developer’s support channel is the only place that can resolve it — their contact details are on the app’s Google Play listing.
We also can’t recover accounts, refund purchases, or unlock paid features.
